Peggy Sullivan Named National Marketing Director of the Year
Now President of Pathway Communities
ATLANTA - In 2006 Peggy Sullivan was vice president of marketing for Pathway Communities and garnered the Marketing Director of the Year award by the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association. And the accolades continue to roll in. Just last week in Orlando at the International Builders' Show, Sullivan was named National Marketing Director of the Year by the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB).
The national competition was fierce and included representatives from The Ryness Company in Nevada, The Jones Company of Tennessee, The Marketing Directors of New York City and Goff Homes of Texas.
"The Nationals are the most prestigious awards of their kind, setting the benchmark for innovations in new home design, marketing and sales," said Dan Levitan, chairperson of the Nationals. "NAHB's commitment to recognizing originality, imagination and success has been exemplified by its award winners since the competition's inception."
Doug Mitchell, founder of Pathway Communities, named Sullivan president of the company just last month and believes this national award solidifies what he already knew. "Peggy is an innovator in real estate marketing. By integrating advertising, public relations, interactive and special events, Peggy has increased top-of-mind-awareness, generated sales and increased consumer demand across all of our Atlanta area master-planned communities.
Sullivan has won more than 50 awards on the local and national level for her innovative marketing ideas and successful implementation. Mitchell believes, "Her ability to view marketing from a 'big picture' perspective is unparalleled. Peggy imbeds herself into all aspects of community marketing and last year generated over 500 home sales.
